  • SMS follow-up sequence integrated with Klaviyo
  • Subscription upsell automation triggered at Day 25 post-first-purchase
  • Lookalike audiences refreshed automatically via n8n data sync
  • Revenue attribution dashboard connecting Meta, Klaviyo, and Shopify

The Results

Monthly revenue grew from £180k to £500k+ over 4 months. Email/SMS channel contributed 34% of total revenue, up from less than 2%. ROAS on Meta improved from 1.8× to 4.2× after funnel optimisation.
