2. Our Services
We provide custom automation systems, web development, marketing engines, and paid community platforms. All work is delivered as agreed in your scoping document.
3. Intellectual Property
You own the final system we build for you. We retain rights to reusable components, templates, and know-how. You may not resell our proprietary automation frameworks.
4. Payment & Delivery
Projects follow a 50% upfront / 50% on delivery model unless otherwise agreed. First workflow is typically live within 48 hours of kickoff.
5. Limitation of Liability
ShipWorkflow is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our systems. We guarantee the systems will function as scoped.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ShipWorkflow operates.
