  • Full control over every edge case and workflow decision

Stripe triggers a payment failure → n8n sends a series of dunning emails with a card update link → if payment recovers, nothing changes for the member → if it doesn't, access is removed after the grace period with an "access ended" message.

Scheduled posts to specific channels (daily signals, weekly recap, announcement formatting), activity monitoring that flags at-risk members, member milestone recognition (joined 30 days ago, 100th member, etc.).
